WIU currently consists of nine urologist partners and four advanced practice providers.  We currently have a need for future partners in the next 1-3 years due to upcoming retirements and practice expansion.  We are interested in new graduates, practicing urologists with previous experience, as well as partners with sub-specialty training.  We built and took occupancy at our new main clinic in 2018, a state of the art facility that consists of a 22,000 square foot clinic with imaging and lab, and an attached 13,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center.  This has helped to further our vision of being the destination for independent urology in Wisconsin.  We provide urology care for the five main hospitals in the Fox Cities area, and enjoy referrals from a number of additional clinics and hospitals in the surrounding area.  New physician partnership tract is 1-2 years with options to buy-in to the practice, real estate, and ASC.  Call is 1:9. The Fox Cities is home to Lake Winnebago, the largest inland lake in Wisconsin.  Lake Winnebago also consists of a chain of lakes which includes the Wolf River flowing south and the Fox River that flows north to the Bay of Green Bay.  As a result, the area is home to many outdoor activities including boating, fishing, bicycling, and water-sports.  Most communities are situated on either one of the lakes or rivers, and therefore waterfront living is very attainable.  The local economy is strong and there are many cultural offerings including minor league baseball and basketball, a number of colleges, many fine restaurants, farmers markets, and live entertainment venues.  The area also includes the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center -- the only venue in Wisconsin providing Broadway shows outside of Milwaukee or Madison.  The schools in the area are routinely recognized as outstanding and both public and private options exist.
