• Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory CareLeukemia Office Practice Model.
• Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management of a caseload of ambulatory Leukemia patients receiving treatment.
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and offer patient and family education.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum
• Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5 years of related medical/surgicalexperience required
• 1.5 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred
• Leukemia oncology experience preferred
• Ambulatory care experience preferred
• BCLS

Hours : Four days x 10 hour shifts flexed Monday - Friday
