Atlantic Medical Group is currently seeking an RN, Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator to assess and educate non-physician clinical staff on an ongoing basis in our Morristown NJ location.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Minimum Experience Required:
Assesses and educates non-physician clinical staff on basic clinical skills through hands on competency assessment and at new hire orientation
As well as in order to promote standardized clinical workflows and optimal patient care and outcomes throughout AMG Works collaboratively with the Environment of Care/IP nursing educator to promote a safe and caring environment for team members, patients, and their families
RN Degree required
Valid NJ RN license required
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an ambulatory care/group practice setting preferred
Clinical expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas: ambulatory care, infection prevention, clinical education and support
Excellent oral and written communication skills
EPIC knowledge required
Travel to AMG practices required
