Primary Function:
We are currently seeking aFull-Time Telehealth Systems Analyst (TSA) who will support the Center for Virtual Health's efforts to grow and expand a centralized telehealth program which meaningfully engages with patients and consumers virtually to improve their health outcomes. The TSA will be a crucial member of the Center for Virtual Health, leading all aspects of the technical integration and development of several simultaneous telehealth products.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop core workflow technical components using both internal and vendor-managed systems such as Cerner, Twistle, Sales Force, etc.
Maintain key marketing and communication infrastructure such as SharePoint sites, Zoom meetings, etc.
Define technical and business components within application lifecycles - these include identifying risks, technical limitations, and opportunities of each project.
Assist in the planning phase of projects and assist in researching the current landscape state and establishes business and technical requirements for each project.
Log, monitor, document and resolve application software problems, issues, risks either directly or with the assistance of others (e.g., Infrastructure staff, other application staff, the vendor, etc.).
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze root cause trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
Develops test plans, oversees the testing efforts, and evaluates if the development meets pre-determined requirements.
Creates clear process flow diagrams to explain complex technology interactions (flowcharts, block diagrams, etc.)
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred) - B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred.
At least five (5) years of analyst experience.
Experience working as a healthcare systems analyst preferred and telehealth experience a plus.
Experience evaluating and implementing new technology solutions.
