As a part of OptumCare is seeking a Full Time Electrophysiology Cardiologist Physician to join our Cardiology team in Las Vegas, NV. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing Physician-led care locally.
Position Highlights:
Collegial group practice with a large referral base
The expanding practice includes 6 Cardiologists and 6 Advanced Practitioners
Provide the latest diagnostic and treatment options to include coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, and structural heart disease interventions (TAVR, mitral valve clipping, ASD closure).
Provide evaluations and treatment for ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and preventative measures.
Will be performing basic EP procedures in an Ambulatory Surgical Center with the ability to perform complex interventions in the hospital with surgical back up

Required Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified in Cardiology with interventional credentials
General Cardiology fellowship completion with at least Level 2 training in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography.
Level 3 training in Cardiac Electrophysiology from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Nevada or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active DEA License or ability to obtain prior to employment

Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Nevada residents is $420,800 to $625,400.
