The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare Network is recruiting for a Medical Instrument Technician (Anesthesia) to assist anesthesia staff, residents, nurse anesthetists, and nurse anesthesia residents in preparing & monitoring of surgical patients in the operating room & recovery room. The Technician is responsible for the suction apparatus, fiber optic bronchoscope(s), setting up for invasive monitoring (e.g. A-line, PA catheter), & other special procedures. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
