Position Highlights

• Provide health care and treatment services to patients with podiatric injuries or conditions
• Referral base of 100+ employed primary care physicians and 100’s of contracted primary care physicians
• Value based approach to specialty care
• “Quality vs. Quantity Model” – Typical see 15 patients per day
• Patient panel is limited to geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage
• All metrics are based on quality

Compensation/Benefits Highlights:

• Base Salary plus Annual Quality Incentive with a target of $50,000

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.)
• Board certification in Podiatric Medicine 
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
