Indiana University Health Physicians has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Sleep Medicine team in Lafayette, IN!
Opportunity Details:
Full-time
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
No weekends, holidays, or call
100% outpatient
Team includes 1 physician and 2 advanced providers
Expected patient volume is 60-75 per week in clinic
Additional practice locations occasionally include IU White and Frankfort Hospitals
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical follow-up on sleep medicine patients
Work as part of a high-functioning team to diagnose and treat a wide variety of sleep-related issues, including sleep apnea.
Collaborate with physicians for a treatment regimen that is patient focused.
Help to ensure that patients are compliant with therapy and maintain recommended treatment regimen for greatest efficacy.
Qualifications:
Master's degree required
BE/BC Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
Ideal candidate will be a team player and have a passion for patient advocacy
