Position Details:
- Day Shift Hours: Mon-Fri (8am – 4:30pm) – hours may vary slightly
- Phone triage, NST’s, & some blood draws
- LPN with Women’s Health experience (preferred)

Role Purpose
The Staff LPN Ambulatory is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider in an ambulatory care setting. Assigned tasks may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications in-office, performing point of care lab testing, assisting with procedures and triaging patient phone calls. All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with applicable state regulations.
