Mercy Clinic Springfield - Ear Nose and Throat (Rolla, Missouri) is recruiting a full-time general ENT to join our growing multi-specialty clinic in Rolla, Missouri. Fellowship trained or general ENT experience will be considered, and we can accommodate a wide variety of interests. 

• Practice the area of Otolaryngology you desire - high demand and volumes
• Primarily outpatient surgery at an accredited surgery center
• Wide variety of interests and sub-specialties can be supported
• ENT Clinical team includes: six ENT Physicians, six Advanced Practice Clinicians and five Audiologists 
• Efficient ambulatory surgery center & clinic office suite
• Ample block time in the ORs, surgery center, in-office procedures
• In-office ENT allergy testing/treatment available
• Large catchment area 
• Strong referral base from pediatrics, family medicine, and internal medicine on-site
• System wide integrated EPIC EMR system
• Strong compensation plan with realistic earnings in 75-90% dependent on desired level of wRVU production
• $50,000 signing bonus/stipend available plus paid relocation
